The 4th Annual HR Shared Services Summit

ATLANTA, GA — The International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC) presents the 4th Annual HR Shared Services Summit on May 19-22, 2008. Conference attendees will gather at the Hilton Garden Inn Wildwood to learn how to drive efficiency and innovation while maximizing human resources’ value to their business.

The conference includes outstanding presentations from dynamic speakers addressing proven solutions for today’s most pressing problems related to managing office operations and keeping costs under control, case studies presented by front-line HR shared services executives, a pre-conference off-site tour of a highly successful HR shared service center and strategic workshops covering a variety of topics.

With the conference’s growing popularity, special discount packages, and registration deadline quickly approaching, Sherryl Jacobs, director of corporate registrations for IQPC, stresses how important it is for potential delegates to sign up soon.

The conference’s workshops will deliver how-to tools and techniques to help companies implement, manage and lead change efforts. Of the dynamic workshops, Sallie Ervin and Ted Kneidl will conduct “Branding and Marketing Your HR Shared Services Organization Internally and Externally.”

Ervin and Kneidl, of St. Louis-based Ervin Marketing Creative Communications, Inc., will teach how to position your shared services organization as a business within a business, leverage your brand internally and externally to reach your goals, express your value in terms beyond simply cost reduction, use your brand to retain and recruit top talent and implement a branding and marketing initiative.

“This conference is extremely beneficial,” said Ervin, CEO and Chief Creative Officer. “At the workshops, attendees will learn award-winning ideas for how to tackle their greatest challenges and will have a chance to share their experiences and victories with colleagues who are on the same journey.”
