A complex thought simply stated is one
of the most elegant things I can think of—and one of
the most difficult. My curiosity to understand and explain
that understanding energizes me and leads me to do my best
work.
My satisfaction comes not from knowing the
answer, but in finding the answer. I try not to have any preconceived
notions about solutions to our clients’ communications
problems because I believe that each client’s circumstances
are different.
