The Situation
THF Realty is a leading, independent developer, investor, owner and manager of real estate, responsible for building more than 15 million square feet of retail and office space across America in just the last 10 years. In addition to promoting the company’s many commercial developments, Ervin Marketing was charged with the task of creating an advertising campaign for THF Realty’s highly exclusive St. Louis residential property, The Plaza in Clayton.
